Returns & Cancellation Policy for Anura Naturals Food Products: –

At Anura Naturals, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. We understand that there may be instances where cancellations or refunds are necessary. As such, we have established a comprehensive and liberal cancellation policy to assist Our valued Customers.

Cancellation Policy for Perishable Items

·         Please note that Anura Naturals does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, such as food and other consumables.

·         This policy ensures the quality and safety of our products, as perishables are time-sensitive and cannot be resold once they leave our control.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

·         In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we kindly ask that you report the issue to our Customer Service team immediately.

·         This should be done on the same day you receive the product. Our team will then coordinate with the merchant to verify the condition of the item.

·         Once the merchant has confirmed the damage or defect, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution.

Product Not Meeting Expectations

·         If you believe that the product you received does not match the description on our website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt.

·         After reviewing your complaint, Our Customer Service Team will make an informed decision on how to proceed.

Refund Processing Time

·         For any refunds approved by Anura Naturals, please allow 8-10 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

·         We strive to ensure that all refund requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

Cancellation of Orders

·         Should you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer care team at esales@anuranaturals.com.

·         If your order is cancelled before it has been shipped, we will refund the full amount minus a Transaction Discount Rate (TDR) charge of 3%. However, once the order has been shipped and handed over to the delivery agent, we are unable to process any cancellation requests. This policy is due to the nature of our specialty food products, which may suffer from loss of shelf life or transit damage, making them unsuitable for reuse or resale.

For valid cancellation requests, the refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. The refund process may take up to 15 working days from the date of order cancellation.

Fraudulent Transactions

·         Anura Naturals reserves the right to cancel any orders that are suspected of being fraudulent or that violate our terms and conditions.

·         We maintain a negative list of such transactions and customers, and we may deny access to our website or cancel any orders placed by individuals on this list.

Returns & Cancellation Policy for Anura Naturals handmade Soaps: –

At Anura Naturals, we strive to provide an easy and hassle-free return policy. You can raise a return or exchange request within 5-7 days of receiving your handmade Soap product. Please note that returns are not accepted if the product packaging has been tampered with, opened, or used. If the packaging remains intact and in the same condition as when you received it, you may contact us for a return.

Note: Returns are only accepted if you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. You must send an unboxing video and product photo to helpdesk@anuranaturals.com.

Replacement Policy

Replacements can be requested under the following circumstances:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Note: We do not proceed with replacements for unwanted, uninterested, or wrongly placed orders once the shipment has been delivered.

Shipping Charges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping expenses. The package will be picked up within 2-4 business days from your location.

After pickup, we can either re-dispatch the product (delivery takes 5-6 business days) or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, our team will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Note: Refunds are only issued if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method within 10 working days. The replacement product can be dispatched within 24 hours once the returned product is delivered back to us.

Refund Time Span: The refund process generally takes 7-10 working days.

Mode of Refund:

Paid Through Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking: You will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card or net banking account within 8-10 working days after approval.

Paid Through COD: Refunds will be made via NEFT directly to your bank account. Please provide the following bank details:

·         Branch

·         IFSC Code

·         Contact Number

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7-10 working days after our confirmation call, please contact our Customer Care at +91-1800-123-0690 or helpdesk@anuranaturals.com.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it’s dispatched from our end, whichever is earlier.

Note: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded Immediately.

Order Cancellation by Anura Naturals

Your order may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

The product is not available or out of stock. We will inform you and seek your approval for cancellation if you do not wish to wait. No confirmation or communication from you for COD orders. If you do not respond to our confirmation call, the order will be automatically cancelled.

The shipping address is not serviceable by our courier partners. Any other unforeseeable circumstances. If you have refused or cancelled two or more previous orders, your next order will be automatically cancelled. You must place one order in prepaid mode.
